Pretty much ALL pastel meets have this issue, it’s to do with the hardware inside of them, during manufacturing.the Bluetooth is very finicky and broken most of them time, no fix to it, it’s just how a lot of the pastels are sadly, one of the main reasons I won’t be getting one!
